Weaving

We are proud to announce that we have Power loom’s, auto looms and sulzer looms, we are producing woven fabrics in 100% cotton & poly cotton (in different blends) 60” to 130” widths in grey, 30” to 124” bleached/ dyed and 57” to 120” printed fabrics. We are producing plain, satin, twills, dobby & jacquard etc. Our daily production is 50,000 Mtrs approx.

Dyeing

The bleaching and Dyeing Unit boasts highly sophisticated machinery. In this department careful selection for the most suitable dyestuffs are made. Later, meticulous monitoring and instrumental colour management is undertaken to make the fabric and all our products to come at par with the high quality standards expected from manufacturers for competition in the international market.

Printing

Most advanced printing machines are the part of our printing department, that enable printing of maximum 16 color and up to width of 300cm. Repeat of design can be 640mm, 820mrp or 914mm. The machinery with its latest technology ascertains consistency from run to run and re-runs. Also it helps in producing a range of styles for special printing including pigment and reactive colours. Daily production is approx 45000 mtrs

Stitching

To meet requirements of our state of the art made ups, we have established well equipped Stitching Unit, divided into different departments as cutting, stitching, packing and quality control. Dust proof environment facilitates our staff in maintaining quality standards and achieving the high level of perfection. This unit is maintained to produce quality products in order to keep up with the growing desires of our customers.
